Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our client projects. In this role, you will work closely with business teams, engineering teams, and leadership to transform raw datasets into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate enjoys working with large datasets, building dashboards, improving reporting workflows, and communicating complex insights in simple terms. • Key Responsibilities
• Data Collection & Preparation
• Gather, clean, and organize data from diverse internal and external sources.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency before analysis.
• Assist with data validation, mapping, and documentation.
• Data Analysis & Insights
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Use statistical techniques to support forecasting, segmentation, and performance analysis.
• Provide insights to help teams improve processes, reduce risks, and drive business outcomes.
• Reporting & Data Visualization
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Present data findings in a clear, visual, and meaningful format.
• Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaboration & Business Support
• Work with cross-functional teamsBusiness Analysts, Engineers, Product Managersto understand reporting needs.
• Gather business requirements for new dashboards or metrics.
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks and meaningful outcomes.
• Data Governance & Documentation
• Maintain proper documentation of data models, definitions, KPIs, and metadata.
• Support implementation of data governance and data quality standards.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure consistent usage of metrics across the organization.

Qualifications
• Education
• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with at least one BI or visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Exposure to Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
