Our client is expanding in Middle Tennessee and looking for two driven, skilled Low Voltage Technicians to join our commercial installation team. What You'll Do + Install and maintain low voltage systems: telecom, security, audio/video, and data cabling. + Terminate and run Cat5/Cat6 cables, punch down blocks, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. + Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute clean, code-compliant installs. + Collaborate with a supportive team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations. + Work across exciting commercial construction sites-new builds and renovations. What You Bring ✅ 1+ year of commercial low voltage experience ✅ Proven skills in Cat5/Cat6 termination, wiring, and telecom installs ✅ Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail ✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver's license ✅ Growth mindset, punctuality, and a solid work ethic ✅ Based in or near Nashville, TN Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) + CCTV and access control installation + Security hardware experience + Familiarity with commercial construction environments Why Eye in the Sky? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
